By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an Account on f6game, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

Each individual may hold only one active Account on f6game. Creating duplicate, secondary or linked accounts — whether personally or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances associated with the duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address. Providing false, misleading or third-party information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
The Operator reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Standard KYC documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of address, and a selfie or liveness check. Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. The Operator will never request documents via unencrypted messaging channels.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. f6game will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
Accounts on f6game display balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Where deposits are made in a different denomination via a cryptocurrency or cross-currency channel, the conversion to PKR will be applied at the rate displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Currency conversion rates are not guaranteed and are subject to market fluctuation.
The payment methods available to you are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Payment channel availability may vary by region, account status and other factors. Where cryptocurrency deposit channels (such as BTC, ETH or USDT) are available, all transactions are irreversible upon broadcast to the blockchain network. The PKR value of cryptocurrency deposits is determined at the time of receipt and is subject to market-price volatility. The State Bank of Pakistan has issued advisories regarding virtual currencies; users must independently assess applicable local regulations before transacting via crypto channels.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): f6game maintains AML controls consistent with international best practice. The Operator reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above specified thresholds, to delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML review, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by f6game are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Example: a PKR 1,000 bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
While bonus funds are active in your Account, your maximum permitted bet per round or spin may be restricted — commonly to a fixed PKR amount specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets that exceed the maximum stake during an active bonus may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live dealer table games, such as Baccarat and Blackjack, commonly contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Some game categories may contribute 0%. The contribution table applicable to each promotion will be set out in the relevant promotion terms.
Bonus funds and associated free-spin winnings that are not wagered within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms will be automatically forfeited. Bonus expiry windows are displayed in Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5).
The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
All sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC events — are subject to the specific rules for each market as displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement. In-play bets are accepted at the Operator's discretion and may be suspended at any time.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the event (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the ICC for international matches). In the event of abandoned, postponed or void events, the Operator's applicable market rules will govern settlement.
Games in the f6game catalogue are sourced from studios that publish certified RTP data independently verified by recognised testing laboratories. The Operator does not manipulate game outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f6game and its officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for: (i) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses; (ii) loss of profits, data, goodwill or anticipated savings; (iii) losses arising from reliance on Platform content; or (iv) interruptions, errors or unavailability of the Platform caused by factors beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, force majeure events or third-party payment processor outages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (i) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (ii) fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is detected; (iii) the Account poses regulatory, AML or compliance risk; or (iv) the Operator ceases to offer services in a particular market.
Upon termination for cause, any balance comprising bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus abuse or prohibited conduct may be voided. Real-money balances remaining after bonus adjustments will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending AML or KYC review.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests do not retroactively cancel pending bets or outstanding transactions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which f6game holds its applicable operating licence. Nothing in this clause shall be construed as a representation that the Platform's operations are lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
Users access the Platform voluntarily and are solely responsible for determining whether their use is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Operator makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for or available to users in all jurisdictions.
f6game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will display the updated effective date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
